I agree. They should come up with more moron safety features to lessen traffic accidents. I believe some cars have rain sensing wipers, well I think it should also limit the speed the car can travel in wet weather since most people don't know that speed limits are for dry weather driving. I also think some type of cell phone blocker should be used with the transmission in drive. Just some of my thoughts.

Uhh, yea... I have seen a few of these "jammers" used in a few cars, and my cell phone signal gets jammed, the FCC is actually considering banning jammers from being installed into cars. That, and how would a car know what to limit your speed to when it's raining? Every place has a different speed limit, weather it be 5, or 75.
