0-60: 9.3
1/4: 17.1

That's an Avenger ES: V6 auto

4 cyl. autos are a touch slower, and 4 cyl manuals may be a touch faster.

Convertibles are probably slower still.

I dug up some old Car and Driver magazines I have:

'95 Avenger ES V6 auto: 0-60 in 9.1, 1/4 in 17.0 @ 83 mph, top speed of 120

'95 Sebring LX 4-cyl 5-speed: 0-60 in 8.2, 1/4 in 16.4 @ 87 mph, top speed of 129

'95 Sebring LX V6 auto: 0-60 in 9.5, 1/4 in 17.3 @ 81 mph, top speed of 124.

As you can see, the 4-cyl 5-speed is considerably faster than the V6.
The Sebrings are coupes, convertibles are different, but I assume all you want specs for are the coupe.

Specs stock, yes they are slow. They take well to modification and the both engines love boost ;) I have a 1995 V6. Stock it was beating my 2.7 Intrepid which I can honestly say is a bigger dog than any V6 Avenger.:p
