There is no more standard cab though, only club cab and quad cab. And when I mention 4 doors I meant club cab.

You'd think they would learn about this after the Intrepid, 300M and PT Cruiser rims rotting from the inside out.

I almost bought a 2004 Dakota Quad Cab SLT 4X4 with the 4.7 V8. It was priced about $29,000 sticker, but the DC rebates and dealer discounts brought it down to $23,500 or so. Pretty good deal. Again, that's for an SLT 4X4 V8, not a stripper V6. Only reason I didn't get it was because fate placed a '04 Ram right next to it, SLT 4X4, light on the extra options, with the 5.7, which caught my wife's eye. It turned out the Ram was only about $2,000 more, and I really felt the Dakota was too cramped.
