Big recall for DC

DC is recalling about 800,000 Minvans due to possible engine fires. 2002-2004 models with V6 engines.

"DaimlerChrysler plans to recall 831-thousand minivans, including 150-thousand minivans in Canada. It's because the vans have a weak power steering hose. That could pose a fire hazard. Owners of the 2002, 2003 and 2004 models with V-6 engins will receive letters informing them of the problem in September. The recall applies to the Dodge Caravan, Grand Caravan, Chrysler Voyager and Town&Country models"

Other than having a bad transmission I've always heard good things about Chrysler minivans. I even considered getting one recently. This wouldn't stop me from buying one but knowing that it has an ultradrive sure did

Yes they are the King without a doubt. Oh and that number doesn't include the European Diesel and 4 cyl models.

Unless your driving down the road and start to do a Earnhardt JR impression and go up in flames(minus the driving suit). Then say it's just a hose.

Yup.

I don't know why you're trying to make this into a dig on Honda owners (such as myself).. but whatever.
