2001 durango suspension

Soooo Pissed can't type, first of all was replacing upper and lower ball joints, uppers no problem, lower 5 hrs later finally removed the drivers side, now I can't get the new one pressed back in !! I went as far as removing the Shock, Sway bar, both bolts Going to the frame, and I believe it's called the Torsion bar, well the bolt in the back. I was going to remove everything so I can take this F--King thing to work or a shop and see if they can press it in, now I can't remove the torsion bar.. The bar I'm referring to is the one with the octagon head on it up near the frame.. Any help would be greatly appreciated..
