You're growing a fan club.
I'm determined to get the new App2 in my '02 m.I have until spring before it comes out. Anxious to see if your project holds up.
Looks really nice so far!

i did some strength tests on it, i dont think its going anywhere, ever. All I have left to do is put some plastic filler in it, sand it, and paint it. Would like to have all that done tomorrow... i'll post pics when i get it there. Thanks for the continued support! How many people are interested at about $125? and do you need a trip bezel, or a M bezel?

Think im finally done with the prototype. what you see is the finished bezel with fusion satin black on it. will flat black it before shipping so its not so dang shiny.

Very nice! I love custom projects. What kind of filler did you use? Hope it's a good quality one, that won't shrink..and has some flexing abilities. Or you might get some cracks later on. Looks good so far.

I paid 250 for mine. and i can see why, the labor intensity is insane. I need to re-sand this thing again and tweek it. I dont want to sell unless it is perfect.

Shawn wasn't actually doing them, a friend was. Towards the end he wasn't even making money off of them because they were charging so much.

I guess I will have to pull a bezel from an M and see whats so tough about it. I've made my own guage pods and know how to body work, it can't be that difficult.
