hello everyone...

my name is pamela and im from florida...

i just purchased a 1996 intrepid...
i was told that i needed frame bushings after i bought this car..
i was hoping that someone hear cld help me out in finding a better price on these as i was quoted a price of 45.00 a piece...
i was told i needed 8 of them...

any help wld be greatly appreciated...

Hi Pamela,

Cradel=subframe. They can be found for less than that. There are quite a few posts here that talk about them. Do a search on cradle bushings and you will see. Not sure where they were getting them from, but I've seen people here get em as low as $32. Yes there are 8, 2 for each point and there are 4 points.

Yes, unfortunately, older cars do wear things out, especially suspension parts. I trust once you get anything wrong squared away that you will find your 'Trep to be an enjoyable car, and that you will enjoy the fellowship of this site...
