Repairing Leather

When i was detailing the Trep last weekend, I noticed that I have a small tear/hole in the leather armrest on the driver's side door panel. I also have a nice long crack starting in the upper seam of the passenger airbag panel.

Anyone have any ideas/tips/product info on what I can use to fix it before it gets worse?

you can reupholster the armrest fairly easy...or just do a junkyard part swap ..
I have a small cut in my arm rest too..no idea how it got there..looks like a utility knife cut though about 1/4" long.

Leatherique.com. I've used their rejuvination products on my new to me leather seats. The passenger side was cardboard hard and after about three applications it is kid-leather soft.

The site also has detailed instructions on how to repair/redye leather.

Well worth the $$$

As far as I know the only leather in an LH is the seats and the center consol lid. The rest is vinyl IIRC.
