What do others use to clean their black trim on the exterior of the car, and the weatherstripping?
I cleaned, polished and waxed my car with Meguiars...... but I accidentally got some polish or wax on the black trim - (i.e. near the sunroof, the windows, bottom of the windhsield). I can't seem to get it off... and don't want to use anything too harsh. Soap and water doesn't seem strong enough.

That sounds like a good solution actually. Can you give me any proportions of vinegar, water, etc - that you use?
I use about a cup of warm water, mixed with about a tablespoon of vinegar. The girlfriend has one of those aloe plants so I snap off an arm and squeeze out the goo. Give it a stir and voila. I find it works best if I brush it on with an old toothbrush. Set it sit for a few minutes, but don't let it dry. Wipe off with a damp rag.
Add a bit of baby oil to this solution and you have a pretty good tire cleaner and shine in one solution.
And no, I'm not a mad scientist. I'm just the type that doesn't like using a shit pile of chemicals of my car. I'm cheap too.
