Yep...still broken. That's why I stopped using Onedrive to host. Seems like they use a dynamic link and it changes. They probably show up for you because you're the account owner. I tried playing with permissions and different links with mine and nothing worked where there would be a permanent link to others.

I've been using Imgur for months now.
