Trouble shooting the A/C system and went to check the relay in the PDC.
No relay. OK, tried to plug one in and there are no female wire ends for the relay to plug into.
Do the '04's not use this relay?

Are you sure you're working with the right relay? There should be two empty relay sockets that are for Export models. Those empty sockets would have the Headlamp Washer Relay and the Rear Fog Light Relay. The A/C relay is next to the empty socket that would have the Export Rear Fog Light Relay.

The A/C relay would be the 6th one away from the engine in the PDC.

How have you determined it's full of refrigerant? Did you put a gauge set on it and measure pressures?

(3) The compressor clutch coil voltage should read
within 0.2 volts of the battery voltage. If there is
voltage at the clutch coil, but the reading is not
within 0.2 volts of the battery voltage, test the clutch
coil feed circuit for excessive voltage drop and repair
as required. If there is no voltage reading at the
clutch coil, use a DRBIIIt scan tool and (Refer to
Appropriate Diagnostic Information) for testing of the
compressor clutch circuit.

The following components
must be checked and repaired as required before you
can complete testing of the clutch coil:
² Fuses in the junction block and the Power Distribution
Center (PDC)
² A/C heater control head
² Compressor clutch relay
² A/C pressure transducer
² Evaporator temperature sensor
² Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

Make sure Fuse 21 10A in the Junction Block is good. That's for the A/C Relay Coil Supply. And Fuse B 40A in the PDC that's the supply for the A/C Relay Contacts that actually supply the A/C Compressor Clutch.

When I asked about gauges, I meant an actual A/C Service Gauge set. Checking both High and Low side pressures. Those refill can gauges aren't worth a crap as far as an accurate reading.
