Ive never seen the Eagle Jazz till tonight, but i like it.

I guess they "folded" (?) the Eagle division because they felt they (Chrycorp) were making enough profit and did not need to sink to GM's level of selling the same product under many different names.

The Jazz is where the 300M came from and when we launched the 300M our paperwork and manuals still called it an Eagle Vision, that shows you how late in the game Chrysler decided to do away with Eagle and the Vision and call it a 300M. The Vision name lives on though, Mercedes picked it up just after DC dropped it.
