Overheating, radiator short?

I have a 1994 Eagle Vision Tsi and she seems to be having a little overheating problem. I know it isnt the thermostat.....The radiator fans will not turn on. I beleive there is either a bad connection or a short somewhere. Any input would be great.

Thanks,
Joe

Wow, it was a really simple fix....my mechanic...awesome guy, just awesome. found that the radiator fans are drawing 30 amps.....a little over the 10 the fuse can handle.....so he threw a 30 amper in and she works like new. just recharged the ac today to....man is that nice....not sure how long it will last but its nice while its here. btw, he only charged me 30 bucks....anyone else woulda put in new fans, radiator, and all the wiring....woulda been $1000+
