peva The shaft/rotation axes of the doors are perpendicular to the flat/mounting plane of their actuators. The ends of the shafts plug into their actuators. If you remove the actuator, you can rotate the shaft and door with a wrench. The doors are only accessible by removing the dash and the HVAC assembly and separating the two halves of the HVAC unit - not something you want to do unless necessary.

CAHertz Thank you for the drawing. It shows where the blend door actuator is but not the blend door itself. That's what I'm trying to find.

Blend Door

Does anyone have a schematic that shows where the blend door is on a 1998 Dodge Intrepid ES ? I had the blend door actuator replaced back in Sep 2018. Jan 2019 Heat stopped. Took to shop and they said the blend door was stuck. That worked ok until recently. Now no heat again. Getting codes 36, 23, and 32. Want to see if blend door is possibly stuck again but can't find where it may be at.
