Hey Scott,
You say you are runnin a 7.7 0-60 time? Damn and only restrictor removed. What year is your intrep, and how much is that g-tech you are talking about, any sites where I can check it out. I'm curious if my intrepid is pulling that time with what I have done to it.

95-trep,
Yup, I pulled consistant 7.7 runs on my car. The only mods were the restictor, and wider tires (helped the launch a little, but added rotating weight because they are larger). It was pretty cool out, which helped a lot. My car seems to be highly succeptible to heat. On a hot day it feel weak. The car is a 94. 93 and 94 had higher compression ratios, but smaller valves. Performance may vary with the other model years. I'd love to hear what you can run with yours. You can get the G-tech at http://www.gtechpro.com/ Its been reviewed in a lot of magazines (Hot Rod among others) and has consistantly proven to be within a tenth of a second or so. The only major issue is that the finishing speed at the end of the 1/4 mile comes out a couple MPH faster than what you will see at the track. This is because the G-tech gives you the instantaeous speed at the end of 1/4 mile, whereas the tracks average your speed of the last 60, during which time you are still accelerating. Anyway, they are great for testing and tuning. They also do lateral acceleration, and braking. I highly reccomend one.

Thanks alot Scott, I'm defintaly interested and I will purchase one soon. I like the fact of having one because its not one car limited. I can use it with any car so that ought to be fun playin with my friends rides too. My tires are 225's, not sure of the width but they are pretty big.
I'll keep you posted if I get the g-tech and let u know how my car runs....
thanks again
