They are called Torque Thrust's .They are made by American Racing. You can get a full polished one as well. Dunno if they make any to fit the Mopars

The polished ones are Torque Thrust 2s. You can get them in rough cast (grey) center as well. The TT2's come in ,I think 14-17 inch. I think they look better on older cars.
