The oil pan, engine mount brackets, accessory brackets (a/c, p/s, etc), exhaust manifolds and timing chain cover have to be swapped over. Im not sure about the intake, or the engine wiring harness.
I'm assuming the Concorde is yours with a blown motor and the sebring is a donor.
Any difference in mounting brackets will be insignificant- the brackets from the concorde will directly swap onto the block/heads from the sebring. Basically the engines are "universally drilled" to accept any variation of mounting brackets and the like- just make sure you save the entire "bad" engine to borrow necessary parts from and you'll be fine.
