192K miles, 3.2l motor. Clean title in-hand. I bought this car new @ Caldwell Dodge back in 2001 (and have now owned it twice - story is in one of my threads). Several convenience upgrades from stock. Extra parts if you're interested (Haynes manual, headlight housings, mirrors, hood-bra, bits-n-pieces).

The Good:
Service history from 2001-2003 as well as 2009-2014 available - dealer service invoices, oil change records, maintenance performed, etc. It's all printed and will be given to you (most recent entry is an oil change on 3/1/14).
Timing belt/water pump (Gates pump) replaced 8/19/12 @ 179K miles - you are good for another 100K
New battery 7/24/12 - Group 34 from Sam's Club
Runs great! Never left me stranded. Blackstone Labs oil analysis reports for 8/12 and 7/13 available (they suggested longer times between oil changes, actually!)
Still gets about 25 MPG freeway - I get about 20 MPG in mixed driving.
Oil-pressure gauge installed below radio - watch your oil pressure in real-time.
Fumoto quick-drain valve installed - oil changes can be done in record time - no tools needed!
Full size OEM spare (matching alloy wheel) - I don't think it's ever been used.
Interior in good shape - no rips in leather (drivers seat is worn, but no wear-through - seams intact)
HID projector headlamps - 6000K bulbs - nice upgrade from stock
Two full sets of transponder keys/remotes
Good tread on tires

The Not-so-good (full disclosure here - I am not going to sugar coat its problems):
Rust - 192K miles in Ohio is starting to show - rockers ok, but bottoms of doors are bubbling, floor pans, brake lines starting. All repairable, I'm just not the guy to tackle it at this stage in my life.
Recent transmission issue - it broke my heart when a P0740 code registered in early January 2014 - transmission computer says that the torque converter is failing (not locking up at cruising speed when it should). I've continued to drive it, and you can't really tell anything is wrong beyond the "ding" when you start the car. I'd be happy to explain further in person. It may drive ok for another 6 months as-is, maybe it's just a corroded connector at the transmission...
Valve-stem seals - they are worn, and as a result the motor does use some oil - I have to add about 1/2 quart every 1500 miles or so. Usually there's a brief puff of blue-tinted exhaust first thing in the morning. Just check the oil level regularly.
Hood has been replaced (old one had the front-edge rusted through), and does not match the rest of the car (see pictures).

Asking price is $1200 - very negotiable. Cash only.
