I just replaced all of my brake pads and rotors
used Brembo rotors and Hawk ceramic pads
followed the instructions for burnishing/ bedding the pads and then let them cool

the rear passenger wheel has been making noise since i installed them, and it seems to be getting worse
it makes no noise at all though if i go in reverse and then stop

there appears to be a ring on the rotor of unusual wear, but what can i do about it?? the noise is really annoying

some pics of the rotor..

sounds like you have a piece of hardware misplaced and scraping the rotor,, or if the pads are semi metalic ive seen them "hardspot" to where they will chew up a rotor

did all of the work on saturday (5 days ago) with my dad

it only makes the noise when i apply the brake, but the weird thing is that if i'm going in reverse about 15mph, I can hit the brake and I get no noise at all

My Intrepid did that when I got new rotors and pads - i had tires plus check them over two seperate times and they seen nothing wrong. Fortunatly it did go away after a while - but i hated every minute of it...
