Hi guys,

Long time no post. 2 topics, first the interesting 1.

I read on Allpar.com in the news section about a redesign for intrepid for 2003. Anyone (otto) know or seen any concept for this? I saw a cool 300M (n maybe) concept, convertible, really sweet.

Now part 2 sad story. As I mentioned a while back, I was about to purchase a 2001 R/T, was approved for the financing, and about to get it when my company shut down. NOOOOOOOOO!! SO I'm on hold until I figure out how to pay for my baby .(the car, and my daughter)

SO I guess my moniker will stay for a while... Keep sending pics guys I'm living vicariously thru you !!

Later

R/T Lust :(

Hey bakerboy, do you have any trouble turning those 20"s over when you put the pedal to the floor?

The next 300 (letter car) should be the N.... I also read that all the full size sedans (Concorde, Trep, 300) new chassis will be both rear-wheel and front-wheel... What I mean is, it will be rear if you get the new Hemi, front with the V6's....

Also, I read they plan to release a Jeep Cherokee SPORT 2004 with the new Hemi engine and 6 speed manual... a real sport-ute rocket.

Ohhhhhh... thought I would mention.... I am REALLY hoping the "talk" isn't true about DC cancelling/postponing the 2004 Charger R/T because I have my order ready!!

That is correct. The next version of the 300 should be the 300N. However, that 300 convertable isn't the next version, thus it's going to be called the 300C (C for convertable). But like I said earlier, I only heard this from one source, so don't go quoting me on this. :)

I kept hearing reference to the new Charger in 2004, but had not seen any pictures. Is this what you are referring to?

The replacment for the LH will be called the LX body. These cars will be a 2004.5 model. They will only be made in rear wheel drive ,not FWD( save$$$). I have also heard they will not look like any cars we have seen. This years Detroit Auto show should have something that shows the direction DC will be going on these cars. We at the plant have know idea what these cars will look like.
