Well, I just saw the Spurs receive their rings on TNT. I can't wait until the Bulls and Kobe get theirs next year. Anyway, my pics for the east are:

1.Bulls(given if Kobe comes here. Still #1 if he doesn't)
2.Detroit(getting old but still have it)
3.Boston(may be ranked too high)
4.Miami(if Wade can stay healthy the whole year)
5 Cleveland(1 man team with 23)
6.Toronto(Andrea Bargnani must step up)
7.Wizards(the east is weak so I thought they would find a way in)
8.Orlando(upcoming team in the east)

My Western pics will come later.

Sadly, this is the one time where I must actually pretend to like Fearless....I'm a Bulls fan as well. There is NO WAY IN FVCKIN HADES that the Bulls should try to get Kobe. Have you heard what they would give up for him? How about Gordon, Henrich, Thomas, Nocioni, and Noah. Pretty much the whole core of young players f(except Wallace and Deng)....not ONE PLAYER is worth that much, especially someone as self-centered as Kobe. And if he goes down with injury, the Bulls would instantly become a bottom 5 team.

Oh boy. it's as simple as this, IF KOBE IS AVAILABLE,YOU GET HIM. He is the best player in the league and I am willing to give up the whole damn team now just for him. We need some sort of star. Deng, Gordon, Hinrich, Wallace, and all the other guys have done nothing. Deng has not accomplished himself at all; I don't know why everyone thinks he is this huge star. He still has to prove himself.

Dude....you're killing me. The Bulls have made it to the playoffs for two years in a row, and SWEPT THE DEFENDING CHAMPIONS last year, I would call that way more than nothing. All Kobe has done since Shaq has left is either fail to make the playoffs, or lose in the first round. And if Kobe goes down with injury what do you have left? Nothing.

I'm a CAVS fan, but Lebron needs some help. He can't put up 50 every night. I really hope they go for Mike Bibby hard cause they didn't last year.

I thought you were smarter than that Reggie. They are 1-5 THIS year. They obviously need some help. The Bulls go on the road for 6 straight games against the Suns, Lakers, and a few more I forgot. So, right there is tough schedule when you are 1-5. There is only a few people here in Chicago who thinks we shouldn't get Kobe. BTW, who cares what he does off the court? He is one hell of a player. That is what counts. You always make me laugh when you say something that odd.

Your homerism ways just absolutely baffle me. First of all there are 82 games in a season, way too early to press the panic button. Second of all, basketball is a TEAM sport. Every team that has won a title lately has had a team concept. It has been proven time, and time again that one person CANNOT win alone. Jordan wouldn't be **** without Pippen, Rodman, Kerr etc. Shaq and Kobe were a great 1 2 combo, and look at how good the Spurs are every season. I've asked you this twice before, now let me try this a third time, and I'll even put it in bold for you to see.

IF KOBE HAS AN INJURY WHO WILL TAKE OVER THE SCORING FOR THE BULLS?

God, you annoy even the people who root for the same team as you.

Um, it's the other way around there buddy. If Kobe gets hurt then he gets hurt. What if Deng and Wallace get hurt? Hell, before the season Kirk, Deng, Wallace, and Noah were all hurt at the same time. For someone to say that Kobe is not wort giving up a Deng(Who has shown nothing), Kirk(who always gets into foul trouble within the first 2 min of a game) Wallace(who just straight out sucks with his 5 rebounds a game), and Noah(who keeps getting fouled for 3 second delay.) So, after all of that you still feel happy with this team? If you do then you a smoking some sort of crap Reggie.

FYI, there are alot more people who agree with me than you on this topic. BTW, I went to the game when they played the Clippers and couldn't believe what I saw from this team.

If Jordan is such a great player why did he PASS the ball to John Paxson and Steve Kerr for the championship winning 3s instead of taking the shot himself? I'm not knocking on Jordan or anything, but he had a great supporting cast around him. When he retired briefly (after the 93 season), did the Bulls suddenly suck? No, they still were a winning team, still made the playoffs, in fact all the way until the Eastern Conference championship series. That was because all the players around him were still there. The NBA season is only beginning, and how are you going to judge Noah? He's a rookie! You expect him to be an all-star in his first year? I'll take Ben Wallace on defense (that's what he does best) anyday.

Well, there are a lot of people who are in the KKK and agree with their values as well. That doesn't make them right now do they? And oh, let me guess, they are all in Chicago! You know one of my classmates here thought that the Redskins could beat the Patriots. Even bet several of his friends that they would. Of course I told him that we had no chance, but he disagreed with me. A week later he was paying up to a lot of people. And where was he from? You guessed it, Washington D.C.

Well, your buddy is an idiot to make a bet like that. Also, you are forgetting one thing Reggie; and that thing is that WE DON'T HAVE A STAR ON THIS TEAM!!!!! If you say that Wallace or Kirk is a star then you are nuts bro. Deng is not even close to a star. The Chicago fans and the media hype people way too much.

You don't need a star on your team to be successfull. Look at the 2004 Pistons...there were no stars on that team. The only "star" on the Spurs team is Tim Duncan. Everybody else on that team are role players, hell Tony Parker is only famous because of his hot wife. You know you are not a star when you're an NBA player and you're overshadowed by your wife. Am I saying that any of the players currently on the Bulls are going to the all-star game? No. Yes Kobe is an All-Star....but what has the Lakers done since Shaq has left? Nothing much. If he goes to Chicago, what makes you think it will be any different?

The 2004 Pistons had playmakers Reggie. The 2007 Bulls have no one who is a playmaker

We will have a guy who will shot 30+pts in a game.

So you are saying that the current team is just fine? You are saying that you wouldn't change a thing? Well our record is 1-5

Yes, I am fine with the current team. It is very early in the season. Now, if the record grows to something like 2-20, then yes, I will be concerned. The Bulls always have a horrible start to the season because of the long road trip they take because of the circus. Nothing different this year. I would have no problem having Kobe on our team if we didn't have to give up so much. If they wanted 3 players it would be great. But 5 of them is ridiculous, and not worth it.

Well, the Bulls did start 1-9 a few years back and made it to the playoffs. But, I am more worried about this team than the 2005 team(I think it was that year.) If the Bulls end up 5-10 then I say that you make that move quickly. We can't dig too big of a hole and expect to climb back up and win the division.

EDIT: Detroit is in our division too! They are looking very strong.

How about them Bulls??? J/K there guys. Just saying though, something needs to be done on the court, not just the bench. This team is in such bad shape that the HS team here would have a chance to beat them and NC would probably beat them without hesitation.

It is amazing how one team looks so promising and they just lay an egg in the season. The Bulls and Heat are just two of these teams. The Nets are another. The Nets are so bad they can't even win at home. They have a better away record then at home. Kidd needs to get out of there while he is still worthy of getting.

Lets reevaluate these teams at All Star break and see how they are going.
I would say just as bad or worse.
