Chrysler finished 2012 as America’s fourth-largest automaker by sales. The folks in Auburn Hills came in just over 229,000 sales ahead of fifth-place Honda.

Despite some close calls during the year, the Dodge Grand Caravan was the top-selling minivan for 2012. It was also the top-seller in December. The Chrysler Town & Country, which spent a few months in fourth place, squeaked by the Honda Odyssey for third place. It may be a small segment, but it’s nice to be No. 1.
