Dodge dealer, but bring your pocket book because they will hose you. I have had good luck peeling them off junkers. If you do it real slow with a thin piece of plastic ( I used a for sale sign I found on a junk car) and then stick it on some decal paper that has had the decal removed (obviously the slippery side) and it should transfer over when you get it back to your car. Taking them off on a hot sunny day seems to help. Someone else mentioned using dental floss to get them off which sounds like it might work.
