I've always liked the 300m analog clock, and wanted a way to install in my Intrepid dash that looked like it belonged, as if the factory put it there. This is my solution.

I cut out the plastic holder for the trac button on the back of the panel. I don't have any plans to add that to this car anyway. There is already a large cavity for the trac switch and I only had to enlarge it about 1/2" or so bottom and left side to fit the clock.

I also had to reset the minute hand so the time would display correctly, since I turned the clock upside down from it's normal position. With the two buttons on the bottom I set the clock to 6:30 (or 12 o'clock right side up). Then I pried off the minute hand and re-positioned it to the top of the hour (12). Now it tracks the time correctly.

Otherwise when it should read 6:00 the hour hand was between 6 and 7, like it would be right side up at 12:30.........

Looks great, I see you did the HVAC controls and the gauges from a 300M as well. Have been considering that mod myself. How difficult was it? Is it just plug and play?
The gauges are plug and play (Get one from a 2002 or later model) ...but the HVAC controls require the dash to be removed. Some Intrepids came with the Auto controls tho, so this may not be a mod.

Nice clean install, I'm surprised it hasn't been done before!

I've got the wiring harness, control head and the rest of the parts if you're interested in doing the swap.

As others have speculated this vehicle came with the digital a/c controls.

Thanks for the feedback!
