I don't know much about wheels. Does anyone know how big you can go on the intrepid (17", 18", 19") without modifying the suspension? Also, how will the ride be affected with bigger rims?

Tirerack.com has a set of 19's they claim will fit the intrepid? So that would be my guess?

Beleve it or not, I saw in N.Concord NC a Stone White 2nd gen Intrepid with those exact wheels on it (and some bad mexcian music coming from it). It looked bad as he** I needed a napkin after seeing that!!!!
Couldn't tell you what size, seen him at a stop light, but they were BIG.
