This is a bit vague maybe, sorry.
On my 93's dashboard, passenger side, behind the trim piece with the "Dodge" emblem there is a small electronic part, black plastic with a small (4?) wire connector plugged into it.
Is this an air bag related part?
It was full of dust, just blow it out and leave it alone?
Thanks.

That's the interior temp sensor for the ATC.
Oh..............OK!
So I can stop ducking the air bag?! ; )
(The air bag fuse is out anyway while working on car.)
I guess full of dust isn't good for that either.
Thanks.

Yeah if you ever noticed a weird electrical buzz inside the car when you turn it off or open a door its the ATC temp sensor fan going. Clean that bad boy out and it'll quiet her up.

It's a cheapo thermal resistor. The hotter it gets inside the cabin the less resistance it provides. This is how the Auto Climate knows how much cold or hot air to blow into the cabin.

Stealership charges $60.00., it's a cheap ass electronic part. We run 6000 piece reels at like $0.27 ea.
It should never die, but do clean it often, what he said.
