ok I have a slight problem my Dorman/A/C Heater Blend Door Actuator went out so I got a new one and I installed it and when I turned the heater on to make sure it works before installing it I noticed that the servo goes over half way around the actuator and I don't think its supposed to do that I have a video as to what its doing please help asap I also have a pic with the gears exposed https://youtu.be/7epA_XNqhJY

Late posting this, but the system gets calibrated by the BCM by learning the limits of motion of the door, and then it only operates the actuator between those limits. That's one of the results of putting the system thru self diagnostics/calibration.

Good luck with the Dorman parts. Never seen them make a quality product yet.
The only one I've never read any complaints about is the 3.2/3.5 damper pulley.
