OK, I am having a problem with my Armor All wipes that I use to clean my car. I have only used them a few times, but I got them because they were recommended in the post about washing our rides.

Anyways, everytime I use them, I get a lot of left over crap from the wipes. It is especially bad on the dark grey color in my car. The glass cleaner is really bad as well.

Is this normal, did I get a bad batch, or am I doing something wrong??

Any help would be appreciated.

One more note...the leather ones are the only ones I'm not having a problem with. They work great :)

The Dodge manual says not to use Armour all type cleaners on the interior. They say water only or you may damage or discolor the car. I have used those wipes on my Dodge truck & not had the problem you speak of. It is the light grey color though so maybe its on it and I can't see it.

Yeah it does. I said the same thing on the video tape they gave me with the 2001 R/T in the maintenance section.

I've used them since the day I got my car without any problems. The only thing I've noticed is that they don't work as well when you let them get cold (as in leaving in the trunk) I assume the areas you are talking about are the dash and door panels. I jus use two wipes folded together and it works great.

Randy, I get the same to with those wipes, and the Glass cleanng wipes are useless I feel... So I stuck to Windex and Got the Turtle Wax version of the wipe liquid to get my dash up to scratch.

Yup, those Armor All wipes are useless. I'm giving them to my room mate. :)

I used Black Magic dash cleaner/protector. It works good.

For my windows, I use good ole Windex. I than use Rain X windshield wax for the outside of the windshield. This helps visibility a lot when it rains!

I use Armor-All's non-glossy interior stuff. I just spray it on a clean cloth and wipe away. It doesn't really work that great (streaks easily) on the hard plastic parts, but on the other parts, it works great. :)

Rain-X is a really helpful thing. One time after I put it on this summer, it decided to pour the next day. I was driving on the freeway and I never had to turn my wipers on once. It's awesome stuff... looks cool when you go through the car wash, too, when the water beads and runs down. I put it on all of the windows, not just the windshield.
