Just wondered if anybody in their state had to get emisssion testing. Its mandatory in Ontario.
My 1995 3.3 passed; HC ppm 27 (limit is 76) CO% 0.03 (limit is 0.42) and NOppm 408 (limit is 566)
So I was rather pleased, considering the 140,000 or so miles I have on it.
Anyways....

We have it here in Wisconsin. Here is doesn't matter how new your car is, unless you just bought it. They loosened the noose a bit, testing is done every other year. If your car is more than 25 years old I think you are exempt.

Same here. Hence the reason I can get away with straight pipes for exhaust. :D
