OK, I'm not looking to get some, I already put Eibach springs on. But I am curious if anyone here has put Intrax springs on, and what they are like?? Also, any pix? It'd be really cool to see two of the same angle shots of a car with Intrax and a car with Eibach. I know i shouldnt talk, kause i havetn gotten pics of mine yet, but I will sometime, when I get ahold of a friend with a digital camera.

so... Got Intrax? [hehe]

95-trep-es, yes, both eibach and intrax make springs for 93-97 treps.

The Eibach ones that I got drop it 1.3", the Intrax 1.8"...

I went with eibach cause I found them for the same price as the intrax, and I wanted a performance increase, not a slammed look.

Now the Intrax might not be that bad, I was just curious, thats y i started this topic :D

I have Eibach on my '94, love them. I went to that car show this past weekend in Brighton and saw some other LH cars there. One guy had a dark green concorde that was lowered, but it was lower than my car, and i know i found the lowest those could go. SO, i peeked over the top of the tire and he had actually used those $5 bolt-on spring compressors you can buy at the auto parts store and just tightened the hell out of them. Granted, the car looked nice, but can't imagine what it rides like. They were the stock springs too. Just thought i would share. JT

YEah, but if you think about it, you're taking a spring that is supposed to be, say, 12" long and compressing it to 6-8". How ever many coils you take up dropping it this way are basically taken out of your suspension. On top of all that, you are riding on the very top end of your struts. Not sure how the handling is effected by this. WHat if one of those $5 compressors gives out on the e-way at 80mph? How is that gonna make your car handle....or not handle? Granted, i was thinking about trying it too, but not sure it's a good idea overall.

Very good points. When doing it you really can only do one coil. I would guess that would lower it by about 1". I think that if one were to let it wouldn't make a big difference. When you blow a tire or drive around on a donut one strut/spring is a different length then the others.
