thats the question. The guy at the garage told me I should after my oil change today and also recommended the coolant system flush.

If your brake fluid is dark colored, it would be a good idea. Brake fluid holds moisture. Some people do it on a regular bases. I do it when the brake fluid become a dark color. As far as a flush, I am not sure what they mean by a flush. Basically you can just open the bleeders and make sure that the master has enough fluid in it at all times until the fluid coming out of the bleeder is clean. Gravity bleeding will take a while. If you have someone to help you a normal bleed should be able to be done in a few minutes.

The green coolant that your car takes should be changed regularly. I think they give it 50,000 miles. The last car that I had with that coolant I changed it every other fall. If it has been in the system for a while, a flush would be a good idea. Green coolant supposedly turns acidic after a while.
