That mpeg is stupid. He had to lose at least half of his tire doing that.

Is the Prowler 3.5 the exact engine as R/T- 300M?

yes burnouts are stupid and immature, but I for one love to watch them.

I'm still getting used to the fact that the Intrepid can't do a huge smoky show off burnout as easily as other cars I've owned, don't get me wrong it can spin the tires but you can't floor it from a dead stop and spin the fronts through first and second gears without some braking help

If I turn off the traction control and turn the wheel slightly, I can spin one wheel on flat dry pavement. (no ltd slip diff)

Hey, off the line in Solo II, I can spin my R-compound (race compound) VictoRacers on the Intrepid with the traction control off. I have to actually lift a little bit to get the tires hooked up.

So, even though we're only getting about 160 HP of the 225 HP to the tires, there's more than enough to cook the tires, even sticky R-compound tires, at least in 1st gear. ;)

I only did it once and I did not smoke the tire.

R/T OEM tires run $180 each at the TireRack.
