Imagine my surprise to find you so easily after just getting to the site!! I saw you yesterday in Mason out of the window of my car!!! I'm sure you were wondering, "What the hell kind of kick ass car is that? No badging....doesn't look like an Eclipse...it's pretty loud...must be fast!!" Well, yes it is fast. Faster than you. Too bad we didn't get a chance to go at it, I would've loved to show you what real power is. ...Rice "Burner"...how appropriate for you.

Hmmm i dont remember seeing you i dont think. The only cool ricer i saw yesterday was a red 3000GT and it sounded like **** ...even though it would kick my ass any day of the week ...my rice burner decal mostly refers to the shitty riced out civics that i hate oh so much

Ok, well other than assumptions... what kind of power are we talking about? I am usually intrigued by true Racers... not Ricers... that actually pack a punch. I keep seeing all these cars and all they have is that annoying sounding exahust and an intake...
ok i know i shouldnt talk [I have a ghetto intake to] but you dont see much else for our cars do you? Also, im not about to spring for a supercharger or something...

Now, if your hear to share ideas... and help us identify ricers from racers... thats kool [although, i doubt we need help with identification... mabey SOME people do...]

Put me in my place? I believe from the beginning of this convo i have said my car was slow...if you were any kind of a racer you would go mess around with things like an RX-7 or Stealth RT/TT and not family cars.

Im not saying that I think I can beat a 3000GT or something like that. But I would race it just for fun! "Rice Burner" IS an appropriate term, as long as you have the same general definition of rice [all looks, no or very little punch]

Yeah, this site's for true Mopar only man! I bet I'll whoop ya when I get my R/T real soon, hell, id beat ya in my 99 ES if I still had it! It don't make hella noise either, it just yelps and goes! Don't worry I'd find a way to win almost any race.... I have beat the hell out of any and every over equipped looking ricer even some that I thought would whoop me even many in my 95 3.3L. I have almost never lost a race in my 99 ES, guaranteed with many witnesses as to this. Hell, I could beat ricers in my Mother in laws 97 Town and Country 3.8L minivan not no 3000GT's though, understandably. I'll put an intake and a supercharger in that motherfkr and could probably beat one. If you are a Mopar or Intrepid guy, cool if not then some of us may have to make some Uncle Ben's or Rice-a-roni.

I had a 95 3.3 and it was fast. I had NGK VPower Plugs in it and had it tuned but I beat my friends 97 Civic SI w/AEM modifications and cold air intake kit every time. I beat him on the freeway, I beat him on the street. Stupid enough, I even raced an 88 Porsche in it, understandibly lost but I was only like 3 car lengths behind in my 95 3.3. The Porsche driver looked at me and was hella surprised. I have won races in my 99 ES 3.2L 225HP that no beleives is possible even on this site cause maybe the other car had more horsepower and/or torque. It's sometimes about drivetrain, setup and the driver. Take care ya'll.

I'm a mopar lover, and even though i hate to admit it, a 3000GT VR-4 would walk all over any trep any day.

But I thought the 2.7l was slower?
My Impression is that it goes in this order, slowest to fastest...
1. 2.7L
2. 3.3L
3. 3.2L
4. 3.5L [1st gen]
5. 3.5L [R/T]

Is this wrong??

Oh geez, I hope I dont start a big fight over this...
