I’m trying to find the size for the tweeters for a 2003 Interpid Es. I want to change them but cnt seem to find the right actual size.

Hard to find drop-ins for those. If these are 4 ohm sail speaker in the Midline system (in spite of their small size, they're actually full-range, not tweeters), post no. 10 in this thread should help you with an inexpensive but rugged and good replacement from Parts Express that are easily made to fit:
