Would a clogged cat result in backfiring?
If not, what are the possible causes for backfiring?
What would result from a clogged cat?

THANKS!

If your cat is clogged you it would be reasonable to assume that it will eventually "backfire", in which case you would want your cat to be outside and you also would not want to be standing behind it. As for what would result from a clogged cat?... one of the first things would be loud screaching meowing type noises and possibly an expensive visit to the local vet. :D

I've been listenen to the backfiring and have been able to achieve it while standing over the engine.
It's an intake backfiring. What are the possible causes for that?
