I've just got my used 2gen SE and since a just to off the INTREPID badges on the truck (really easy) i was looking forward to remove the ''Chrysler'' and the ''SE'' badges also, but at first i was doing it with a small flat screw driver and i had a bad feeling about doing that.. My Question is : what whould you use to remove these badges on my trunk, and what should i use to remove the glue on the trunk after....

Waxed floss......do NOT use a screwdriver.....yikes.

Goo Gone works well at removing adhesive......don't use too much or let it sit though, because it also works well at removing paint :p I used Goo Gone on my hood to remove my Chrysler medallion.

Yeah, seems like a better idea using a fishing line that a screwdriver..... I'll try that when the rain drops..

Never heard of Goo Gone .... Maybe we don't have it in Montreal.

I just removed the badge off the hood of my 99 Trep today. I used the hairdryer and fishing line suggestions. Worked great! PPG wax and grease remover worked well to get the adhesive off. With a little wet sanding and polishing, can't even tell the badge was ever there.
