Ok guys, need some help. Maybe someone else had this problem and already knows where to look.
While driving on the interstate at 70mph, all the suddent the Air, heat, blower (hi/low), power windows, air bags, rear defroster all went out. Power locks work, all the lights work, windshield wipers work.

Thought maybe a fuse went out, nope, all fuses ok. Tried checking the relays. All the relays are ok. Appears to be a ground problem. Looked at the manual. Showed where all the ground locations are, but it seems like no direct correlation to the components that I listed above. For example a/c and heater and power locks appear to be on the same ground, so it should be working.
I am an EE and I am kinda stumped. I am pretty sure its the ground that isn't connected which caused a major outage like that. The car runs though and starts, so no engine electronics have been affected.
Any ideas?

Is everything still out? If so, take a volt meter and trace where the break is. I would start at the underhood fuse box.

Yes, everything is still out.
Seems like there is 12 volts everywhere I look, fuses, relays. I am not sure where to look further, since its a big blackout like that.
I just read at

that there is an electrical problem with 93 visions/concorde/intrepid due to ground circuit loss.
Not sure if they are using the correct words, but if they mean what they wrote, there seems to be a ground circuit somewhere. If so, where? Maybe just poor choice of words. Maybe they just meant bad ground connection. It makes no sense, because there is 12 volts at all the fuses and relays. I even took out the connector at powertrain control module (the schematic showed that A/C and heater circuit gets its juice from that module). 12 Volts there (white wire). But it seems like there is no ground at the connector, but it doesn't mean that there is no ground because its supposed to go through the module, so maybe module grounds it somewhere. I really think its a ground problem, not sure where to check for different ground points, I guess.
Any other clues?

Another update.
Putzed around with it some more today. Seems like there is a fuseable like that goes to the ac/heater control module and there is 12 volts there and a good ground also. The other thing, is that power windows are connected to the circuit breaker, and there is no voltage there.

There seems like no correlation between power windows and the ac/heater (both are dead).
Couldn't find on schematic where that power windows fuse gets its juice. Anyone got any idea?
Maybe just the control unit is fried and power windows are a separate thing.

If anyone got any idea what might be wrong, please post.
