How would go about fixing a broken ignition. Someone tired stealing car please help

Assuming they punched the cylinder: www.rockauto.com - drill down to your vehicle, then Ignition > Ignition Lock Cylinder

You could use the keys that come with it or get a locksmith to key it to your original key.

Anything else damaged?

You can set the geographic search area. If you can find something local, would save you shipping. Not sure they do Canukistan, but they probably do.
