Ok, so I got me some PIAA bulbs for the lows and highs. I went to go put them in. I took off the headlight assembly no problem. I went to turn the bulb ring counter-clockwise and the first one turned no problem. Well, the other three won't ****ing turn!!!!

Anyone have this problem??? How do I get them to turn???

Thanks in advance.

my guess would be to twist harder. The worst thing you'll do is bust the bulb in half like did when changin the bulbs on my dad's Ram, but if that happens just grab a pair of plyers and yank on the prongs till it comes out

The problem is the white retaining rings were installed incorrectly at the factory. I had the same problem (only one was ****ed though).

You'll need to find yourself a torx (sp?) bit that fits and remove the three screws holding the retaining ring in place. When the ring is removed, the bulb will pretty much fall out. You then reinstall the retaining ring in the same orientation as the one that the bulb came out OK on.

No sweat, the hard part is finding a bit that fits the screws.
