I JUST PUT ON FOUR P205/70/R15 GOODYEAR INTEGRITYS FOR MY 98 TREP. BUT I COULDN'T DO AN ALIGNMENT CAUSE MY LEFT INNER BUSHING IS SHOT. IT'S A $20 PART, BUT THE DUDE SAYS IT'S A PRETTY LABOR EXTENSIVE REPLACEMENT REQUIRING A LOT MORE MONEY. (LIKE 3+ HRS LABOR)AM I GETTING A FAST ONE PULLED OVER ON ME OR IS THIS REALLY A HARD PART TO CHANGE?

I don't know for sure but 3 hours seems like a lot for a bushing. Try getting quotes from a lot of places... that would be the only thing I can think of.

Bushing or bearing? If its the bearing its a 1/2 hour if you're slow. Bushing shouldn't take more than 1 1/2 hrs max. Especially if you have all the right tools. Ask the mech to show you in the Chiltons manual how many hours they estimate it will take.
