definately... here in Ohio they have a front and rear plate, and I got a ticket a few years ago in a car I had just bought from Michigan (no front plate there), because it didnt have a mount yet, and I couldnt physically mount the plate. I am moving to Arizona soon, and there are no front plates there. I am not looking forward to the cost to fix the holes in my bumper cover, but am looking forward to seeing the whole bumper.... :biggrin:
Not legally you can't. I don't personally care for the look of the plate on the bumper but received "warnings" on 2-3 different occasions. I finally just threw the damn thing on the dash by the passenger side and have not had a problem since.
