DC finally stepped up and paid for the repair cost on my lemon Intrepid. The last person in customer service that I was dealing with was great(the first 2 people seemed not to of cared at all). The dealer was helpfull throughout my nightmare. If DC could improve the staff in customer service it would go a long way to improving customer relations(DC these are key people that deterine if a customer is going to buy another Chrysler). I'm glad my car is gone(feel sorry for whoever bought it), next time I may consider another DC product if the styling stays great(the next LX car will be the first car/truck the DC has done on there own without Lutz or Gail).
