i have a 3.5L Intrepid when I'm driving and come to a stop i hear a clunk noise in the front of the car. don't know what it may be, i just replaced the tie rod ends about 7 months ago, new brakes a few weeks ago, control arms a year ago. only other thing I'm thinking can it may be is my sway bar links, what else will make that noise it only doing it on the driver side???????

If you had this same noise before the brake job, I'd say possible links or bushings etc.

If this started after the brake job, I'd check all my bolts for security.

could be, but I would be sure to check the tension strut bushings. had one of them deteriorate and fall off a while back. made a clunk noise as soon as I'd let off the accelerator.
That sounds right to me as well. I missed the part where he said noise while braking. Oil filter and trans cooler lines frequently dump oil on the left side bushing and cause deterioration.
