1. Could a 3.5L be fit into the 3.3???

2. (3.3L), flex fuel (VIN "U"), (3.3L), gasoline (VIN "T") whats the difference, and how can you tell which one you have??

3. If I were to purchase the hood scoops like brian has and then put wire mesh and cut holes in the hood, would that make a difference in anything???

4. When my trep's engine dies, if I wanted a brand new engine, it would be like having 0 miles right? Run like a brand new car??

Thanks in advance guys, I'm learning, slowly but surely

I can't be sure but:

1. 3.5L should fit, same body, I don't know about the engine mounts

2. Check you VIN #, that way you'll know, I can't remember where in the VIN it is.

3. You risk getting water in the engine bay, unless you have plans for some sort of Ram-air thing, you shouldn't do it.

4. I don't think you can get a brand new engine (I'm trying to get one my self). You could rebuild the engine you have once it dies or buy a rebuilt engine. If you want to upgrade to the 3.5L you could probably sell your engine and buy a rebuilt 3.5L (In canada it's $3000 - $4000 for a rebuilt 3.5L)
