So I gave my car in for a wheel alignment and oil change today.

I also got the windows all re-tinted this past weekend to 10% all around (you can see it in my sig)

I pick up my car at 5:30PM (service closes at 5:00) and have to pay and get my keys from the front reception desk at sales.

I go out to my car, I drive out, and I look right and I see there are huge scratches all over my tinted windows. I'd specifically left little notes taped beside each window switch saying "PLEASE DON'T ROLL DOWN WINDOWS, FRESHLY TINTED, THANK YOU!" The front two windows look like a kid's been playing with a key.

Then I start driving, and I notice that my wheel is cocked about 30* to the left to go straight. It DEFINITELY wasn't like that this morning when I dropped it off.

I took some pictures with my phone of the wheel at 80km/h, and I drove it right back. The general sales manager looked at the car, and I handed him the keys back, telling him I am leaving it with them overnight because I don't want to hear in the morning that I messed it up myself.

He's going to get the alignment fixed, and offered to redo the tint; however their tint only comes with a 1-year warranty. I told them that I'd rather them pay for my tint guy to do it because he's got a lifetime warranty.

I know for a fact that Parkway Chrysler in Mississauga will NEVER be getting my business again.

Don, why wouldn't you get them to pay Chrysler's dealership pricing for that, saying you'll get it fixed there, and pocket it?

Got the alignment done in Illinois and I was on my way back to WI and didn't want to deal with it. I just took a hammer drill and drilled the old bolt out and put a fresh one in yesterday. It didn't cost me anything to fix since I had bolts lying around. Plus I was impressed that they actually got my alignment right and my steering wheel is straight for the first time ever.
