What would I have to do at WPAFB to get pulled over?

Get passed a gaurd, and wander the base?

Last time I was at a guard station... I was just turning around. Not every day you're telling the guy with the M-16 on his back "Oh, I'm just turning around"

i only seen one trep cop car. didnt catch if it was a state or local smokey but he was hiding out watching the speeds.
