Look at the door, and work out which way it needs to be moved to re-align, Then loosen either the top or bottom hinge, depending on the direction it needs to be moved. Leave the bolts tight enough to grip the door, but not too tight that you cant move it with a bit of force. Then, either lift the door a little, or push it down a little at the rear edge. Just a little though, 1/2 inch is enough. Test the alignment, and if all is ok, tighten up the hinge bolts. If not, move the door around a little more. You can also adjust the fit of the door, flush with the body work in this way.
Warning DO NOT SLAM the door, close it carefully to test the alignment, while doing this.
A little trial and error, and you should have it back to normal.
