I looked all over the websites mentioned on that 300M thread and couldn't find any mention of DRLs. I guess will have to contact local dealer about it.

Order Part Number 4602229-AC for $95.06 or less and plug right into your fuse box. Lights high beams at a lower intensity as long as car is on and lights are off and parking brake is off.
