Check out this link..is this a scam?

I thought the DVD movies used a different type of CD then regular CD's? And it says you can use a regular burner and watch the movies on regular DVD players....

Any truth to this you think? I visited the webpage...doesn't have any thing to back it up. Comments?

It probably burns it as a video CD. Most DVD players can read Video CD's. However, I do not think you can fit a whole movie on a video CD. You would need more than 1 disc per movie???

Wish I saw this earlier, but yeah it converts to Video CD with play on MOST dvd decks.

Its Mpeg-1 at 352x240 so quality is around VHS. You get 74 minutes of video on a 74 minute CD...
