I have a 1996 Dodge Intrepid with the 3.5 L engine. I've recently replaced the spark plugs and took the intake plenum off to make the job easier. After putting everything back together, I started having problems with the MAP sensor. I discovered that a 4-inch portion of the harness to the connector had melted insulation and bare wires. Fortunately, the harness had enough slack in it that I could just cut out the bad section and splice the harness back together. MAP sensor issue solved. However, while the back of the engine was exposed, I traced through all the wiring to see if I would find any more issues. Nothing electrical, but I did discover several broken/blocked off/disconnected hard lines and hoses. I now need to find pictures of the location of the various components in the EVAP system and the proper routing of all of the hoses in it. Anyone able to help me out?
